About your Viking
A normal modern life used to be my world: gaming, routines, comfort and too much noise. At one point I weighed 170 kilos and felt depressed. From the outside it looked ordinary. Inside, something had moved too far away from strength, nature and truth.
The path changed when I left my job, gave away almost everything and spent two years in the Swedish forest, learning what really matters: breath, body, discipline, silence, movement and freedom.
Out in nature, I found my way back to what is real: less noise, more presence, more contact with body, voice, movement and the Viking fire that makes me feel alive and helped me develop a deeper humanistic mindset.
Years of music, throat singing, weapon flow and performance shaped what I teach today. Not from theory, but from practice, repetition and real experience.
Real presence. Real strength. Real connection. The path I chose brought me back to that and sharing it with others became my passion.
